Our office furniture usually has a warranty period of 5 years. During the warranty period, if there are non-human quality problems with the product, we will provide free repair or replacement services. The warranty period starts from the date you receive the goods and pass the inspection.

We will conduct strict packaging and inspection of the furniture before shipment to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. If damage unfortunately occurs, you need to contact us immediately after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos and proof of damage. We will negotiate with the logistics company to resolve the issue, or provide a replacement or refund according to your request.

Before the order is shipped, you can contact customer service to modify the order information, such as product specifications, quantity, shipping address, etc. However, orders that have already entered the production or shipping process may not be able to be modified.
